What it is

Ever Since is a free iPhone app. People tap where it is on a body map, say how bad, and add their own words, the day it happens. Every entry keeps its date, and the patient decides what to show anyone.

The ask

Add one line to your new-patient email or appointment reminder, with your clinic's own link. We can also send a printable PDF card with your QR code. It launches on iPhone soon; until then the link takes people to the waitlist.
